I would love to be able to allow resizable avatars - ie you can upload any image size (within reason). The player should then be able to pick an area from the image, which in turn is resized to fit without distortion into the 100 by 100 box. Maybe something like this: http://www.mjdigital.co.uk/blog/php-upload-and-resize-image-class/ or maybe here: http://www.codeforest.net/upload-crop-and-resize-images-with-php - seems to be common. also there is a jquery answer out there for sure.

I'd also love to see some sort of API for integration, specifically to Joomla in my case. Even if the actual bridge isn't there, an API for someone else to hook into would be great.

Thank you!

I'm excited by 4.1. Just hoping it is a downloadable php script without the server. I already have xampp and use it for development projects. So, don't require it. I also noticed that the majority download version 4.06. This I believe is due to holding the script nothing else.

Integration is already possible using the url paramters. However the solution is very technical. 4.1 will not offer any improvement on this. Sorry - the best we have is the phpbb2 integration

Any chance of adding in an integration tool for popular forum softwares such as phpBB3? It would be nice to add phpchess to my existing forum/website and integrated with existing user database for sessions/login, etc.
